Vehicle Listings
When listing a vehicle on BuildPlate:
- You must have legal authority to sell the vehicle
- All information provided must be accurate and complete
- Photos must represent the actual vehicle being sold
- You are responsible for all aspects of the transaction
- BuildPlate reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies
Payment and Fees
BuildPlate may charge fees for certain services such as featured listings or premium placements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Limitation of Liability
BuildPlate acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not party to any transaction between users. We disclaim all liability for the quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to complete transactions.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
